Discipleship Journey

January 21st
We continued seeking process by looking at an analysis of what a disciple is and seeking to develop the process out of that. The process the staff developed is modeled by a triangle with "Love God" at the top, "Love others" at the left corner and "love the world" at the right corner.
The lefts "wall" of the triangle is christian discipline, the bottom is ministry or service, and the right is personal evangelism. Prayer is in the cenbter of the triangle. Discussion was had about the wording and what the implications would be of choosing "one" program to represent one part of the triangle.
different ideas were mentioned for how you say "love yout neighbor" and "love the world"

love one another, love each other, love others
reach the world,

What are your thoughts?

Ok, January 14th we began the process of looking at what the "end product" is. What does the Bible say a disciple looks like? What do you think?

January 7th, in Session One we looked at some of the good, bad, and yes, ugly of our discipleship process in the past. What has the Lord shown you about this?
